Samsung and LG have long initiated legal proceedings for OLED display patent issues. However, the battle between the two parties is not limited to legal proceedings, but also extends to commercial espionage. Earlier this year, 11 Samsung employees and former employees were arrested for allegedly stealing the company ’s AMOLED technology and leaking it to LG.
