1. Before inspecting high-voltage equipment, an advance report must be submitted and approved by the relevant authority before any work can proceed. 2. All inspections of high-voltage equipment must strictly follow the work ticket system. The appropriate first or second work tickets should be filled out based on the specific requirements of the task. 3. When power is to be cut off from high-voltage equipment, the operating ticket system must be strictly followed. Use an insulating rod and transmission mechanism to operate the high-voltage switch, and wear insulated gloves. After turning off the power, lock the operating handle or hang a warning sign. 4. During electrical inspections, always wear insulated gloves and shoes, and use a voltage tester that matches the voltage level. Check all sides and lines of the equipment to ensure no electricity remains. 5. Once it's confirmed that the equipment or line has no voltage, it is safe to short-circuit and ground the maintenance area. 6. Grounding wires should be installed by two people. Connect the grounding end first, then the wire end. When removing, reverse the process. Always wear protective gear during this step. 7. Use multi-strand soft bare copper wire with a cross-sectional area of at least 25mm² and special clamps for grounding. Never use a winding method to connect the ground. 8. When working on partially de-energized systems, maintain a safe distance from live parts. Install barriers if necessary. For 110kV systems, keep a minimum distance of 1.5m, and for 6kV systems, 0.7m. Hang warning signs to indicate the danger. 9. No matter whether the on-site distribution or high-voltage equipment is energized or not, maintenance personnel must never cross the barriers to work. 10. All items removed during maintenance should be neatly arranged and never thrown away carelessly. 11. After completing the overhaul, check all public and personal tools. Only after a thorough inspection can temporary grounding wires be removed. 12. Report the inspection results to the supervisor and keep detailed maintenance records for future reference.
