Before powering up the variable frequency power supply, it's essential to check the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. If the temperature is too high, the inverter may trigger an overheating alarm. In severe cases, this can lead to damage to the power supply unit or even a short circuit in the internal circuitry. High humidity levels can also be problematic, as they increase the risk of internal short circuits within the inverter power supply.

While the variable frequency power supply is running, always monitor the cooling system to ensure it's functioning properly. Check if the air ducts are clear and if the fan is operating without unusual noise. Inverters with a higher protection rating, such as IP20 or above, can usually be installed directly. However, those below IP20 should be placed inside a cabinet. The heat dissipation performance of the cabinet plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of the inverter. During routine inspections, pay attention to whether the exhaust system is working correctly, if the fan rotates smoothly, and if there is any dust or blockage in the air intake — these are all critical areas that shouldn't be overlooked.

Additionally, regularly check if components like the motor reactor and the variable frequency power supply are overheating or emitting any strange odors. Listen for any abnormal noises from the inverter or the motor. Monitor the current display on the inverter panel to ensure it’s within normal limits and that the current variation range isn’t too wide. Also, verify that the output voltages and currents on the UVW terminals are balanced. These checks help prevent potential failures and ensure the long-term reliability of the system.
