Before turning on the variable frequency power supply, it's important to check the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. If the temperature is too high, the inverter may trigger an overheating alarm, which could lead to serious damage to the power supply unit or even a short circuit in the circuit. On the other hand, if the air is too humid, it can cause internal short circuits within the inverter power supply, potentially leading to system failure.

While the variable frequency power supply is running, always monitor the cooling system to ensure it's functioning properly. Check if the air ducts are clear and if the fans are operating without unusual noises. Inverters with a higher protection rating, such as IP20 or above, can typically be installed directly in open environments. However, inverters with a lower rating, like below IP20, should be placed inside a cabinet for better protection. The heat dissipation performance of the cabinet plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of the inverter. Regular checks on the exhaust system, including whether the fan is rotating smoothly and if there's any dust or blockage in the air intake, are essential parts of routine maintenance.

Additionally, pay attention to whether components like the motor reactor and the variable frequency power supply are overheating or emitting any strange odors. Listen for any abnormal sounds coming from the inverter or the motor. Check if the current display on the inverter panel is within normal limits and if the current fluctuation range is too wide. Also, verify that the output voltages and currents on the UVW terminals are balanced. These steps help in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of the system.
