At the Geneva Motor Show, Subaru unveiled the VIZIV2 concept car, which serves as a design blueprint for the future generation of the Subaru Forester. Unlike some previous concepts that were more of a creative vision than a production-ready model, the VIZIV2 is highly realistic and likely to influence the next Forester's appearance and features. According to Subaru's five-year development cycle, the new Forester is expected to launch between this year and next, with an estimated price range of 200,000 to 300,000 RMB.

The VIZIV2 concept showcases a bold, hexagonal grille with three layers of chrome detailing, a design element already seen in the new Legacy model. The front end features C-shaped LED headlights, while the fog lights are designed with a snowflake pattern and include ring-shaped daytime running lights. These details give the car a high-tech and modern look. Many of these design elements are expected to carry over into the production version of the new Forester.
The side profile features large, polished alloy wheels with carbon fiber accents on the wheel arches, adding a futuristic touch. A C-shaped chrome emblem is placed at the top of the wheel arch, enhancing the vehicle’s visual appeal. The body lines are fluid and dynamic, giving the impression of a two-door coupe when the doors are closed—though it's actually a four-door model. The rear doors feature a sliding design, while the front doors open like butterfly wings, offering both style and practicality. The panoramic sunroof enhances the interior's openness and offers a better view of the surroundings.

The interior of the VIZIV2 concept is designed with a futuristic cockpit layout, featuring premium materials and advanced technology.
