3.1. Project Name: Huaneng Le Ting Wind Farm Gearbox air filter special procurement.
3.2. Receiving location: Huaneng Leding Wind Farm in Leting County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
3.4. Bidding scope: 35 imported STAUFF air filter elements and 60mm outer wire adapters are included. See the tender documents list for details.
4. Qualification requirements for bid applicants:
4.1. The Bidder shall be an independent legal entity legally registered and validly existing within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It shall be capable of independently undertaking civil liability, and shall have the ability to independently conclude contracts and perform contracts within the business scope of the power equipment manufacturer or manufacturer. 4.2. The financial status is good (near three-year audit report and the latest financial statement). It has sufficient working capital to bear the project and the registered capital is more than 5 million yuan.
4.3. The entrusting agent must be a fixed-duty and on-line staff of the enterprise; and the entrusting person must be the same person when participating in the bidding for a single project.
4.4 There were no bad records in the country, industry, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries, tenderers and their subsidiaries. Consortium bidding method is not accepted.
4.5 Two or more legal persons whose legal representative is the same person, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company and holding company, shall not submit bids at the same time.
4.6. The contents of the submitted qualification review documents are not inaccurate or falsified.
4.7. The Consortium bid applicants are not accepted for prequalification.
4.8, with more than 10 power supply performance.
4.9, accept cash on delivery, leave 10% warranty money, warranty period of one year.
4.10. The bidder shall carry out on-site investigation after winning the bid to verify the brand and size of the spare parts and ensure the accuracy of the supply. If the spare parts are not available because the site is not surveyed, the successful bidder shall return the spare parts without conditions.
5. Registration and Receipt of Bidding Documents Please apply for the applicant's business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, power of attorney and authorized principal identity from November 15, 2016 to November 21, 2016.
