The progress of telecommunications is even slower, and it is still in the stage of network construction. Telecom said that it will achieve commercial use by the end of 2017 and complete the same network coverage as Tianyi 3G, and the downlink speed will reach 300Mbps. The slower progress of telecommunications is due to the realization of pure VoLTE calls. In the future, VoLTE will not provide switching between 2G/3G, which will require higher network construction.
Tencent Digital has also actually called mobile, China Unicom, and telecom operator customer service. Taking Beijing as an example, only mobile users can now handle VoLTE HD calls.
