At the same time, the silica gel can be fully mixed with the quantum dot material to prevent water oxygen and protection for the first time. However, due to the hygroscopic nature of the silica gel, combined with the barrier film, each of the carrier layers of the mixed quantum dots is covered to completely isolate the water and oxygen in the outside air, and the SiO material is more dense than the silica material, and can be later The combination of oxygen and oxidation to silica serves the second time to block water oxygen and protect it.
