This yellow robot is a PCBI precision and heavy-duty assembly robot introduced by Hisense at the end of 2016. It is mainly used to produce products of 43 inches or more.

Prior to this, Guiyang Hisense's production workshop mainly informed delivery personnel via walkie-talkies or telephones, and its timeliness and accuracy were relatively poor. Nowadays, with this intelligent system, not only has the accuracy of material distribution been improved, but a production line has also saved the cost of labor for at least seven distribution staff.

Before June 2015, the production cycle of the module machine production line was 24 seconds. Through the manufacturing upgrade, the production cycle of the GM1 line was increased to 14 seconds in the second half of 2015, and the production cycle of the GM2 line was raised to 17 seconds. And it is superior in quality and speed compared to previous manual operations. Guilin Li, head of the comprehensive management department of Guiyang Hisense, said that when the number of Hainan’s largest employees reached 1,000 people, it has been gradually reduced to 500 people through the transformation of intelligent production lines for many years.
