Integrated temperature transmitter principle - Huaqiang Electronic Network

Photocoupler

Details of the integrated temperature transmitter:

The device operates on a voltage of +12VDC or +24VDC ±10%, and offers output signals such as 4-20mA or 0-5V, providing flexible options for different applications. It features high measurement accuracy: thermal resistance at 0.2–0.3% and thermocouples at 1–2%. The measurement range includes PT100 from -200 to 650°C, and CU50 from -50 to 150°C.

Model: SWBZ-10 | Brand: Jinan Chuangrui

Input types include K, J, E, T, S, B, R, N, Cu50, Cu100, Pt10, Pt100, Pt1000. Output options are 24VDC or 4–20mA. The module provides three-terminal isolation for input, output, and power supply. Dimensions: 22 × 82 × 98 mm (W × H × D). Installation type is DIN35mm rail-mounted with a module size of Φ44×18 mm. Accuracy is available in ±0.2% or ±0.5%.

The temperature transmission module can receive inputs from thermal resistances or various thermocouples. It can be directly connected to thermocouples and thermal resistances in junction boxes, forming an integrated structure. Advanced circuit integration technology is used to create the transmitter, allowing compatibility with different temperature sensors to measure ambient and medium temperatures. It outputs standard voltage or current signals.

This product is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power plants, and medicine. It can work with various electric instruments, digital displays, and computer control systems. Key features include:

  • Ultra-small size (Φ44×18 mm) with strong versatility.
  • Two-wire 4–20mA DC output, offering long-distance transmission and strong anti-interference capability.
  • High measurement accuracy, long-term stability, and maintenance-free operation.
  • Internally filled with epoxy resin casting, suitable for harsh and hazardous environments.
  • Integrated design with a simple and rational structure, easily replacing traditional assembled thermocouples and thermal resistances.

Glass Tube

Glass tubes are mainly cylindrical hollow-wares. Their special shape combined with the huge variety of glass types (like borosilicate, flint or quartz glass), allows the use of glass tubing in many applications. For example, laboratory glassware, lighting applications, solar thermal systems and pharmaceutical packaging .

Realpoo Optics offer glass tubes in material of BK7, quartz, sapphire etc.
