It took only seven months to complete the 13,000-square-meter No. 1 plant construction and equipment installation and commissioning. The trial production was carried out. “The successful release of 100-kilogram large-size sapphire crystals indicates that Haotian Optoelectronics has become the largest enterprise producing large-size sapphire crystals by heat exchange method in China, marking the annual production of 30 million LED sapphire substrate materials. In the face of the current over-investment in the domestic LED sapphire project, Xu Wei said that although there are many sapphire projects in the country this year, most of them are in the planning stage, and how many can actually be implemented is still unknown. At the same time, he also revealed that the first batch of 4 crystal growth furnace equipments of Haotian Optoelectronics has been installed. By the end of October, the number will reach 30, and at the end of the year, Haotian Optoelectronics will reach 9 million pieces.
