The latest Bluetooth mesh solution benefits from Silicon Labs' proven mesh networking expertise, including development tools, software stacks and mobile applications that support Silicon Labs wireless system-on-a-chip (SoC) devices and certified modules. The combination of Silicon Labs' patented network analysis tools and the smartphone's Bluetooth mesh protocol stack enables IoT developers to reduce time-to-market for up to six months compared to existing wireless development tools and technologies.
Bluetooth mesh devices are ideal for smart home, lighting, beacon and asset tracking applications. Mesh-enabled devices, such as connectable lights, can be deployed further away from hubs or gateways.
