The total shipments of backlight products reached 5.4 million units in August, and the combined revenue was 3.778 billion yuan. In the first eight months, the shipments of backlight products reached 42.73 million pieces, and the revenue was about 320.94 billion yuan.
For the September operation, China Optoelectronics estimates that projector products and backlight products will grow by about 10%, driven by new customers and several new types of micro projectors.
