Yongguang Chemical introduces a series of LED positive and negative photoresists

[High-tech LED News] Yongguang Chemical has launched EPG 535 photoresist according to the advanced semiconductor yellow-light lithography process. This product is a G-Line (4-inch, 6-inch factory) and I-Line (8-inch factory). A photoresist having advantages such as good heat resistance, good adhesion, high optical sensitivity (lower exposure energy), and large process latitude. Its resolution can reach 0.48μm. And it is easier to process on the process.

EPG 590 is a positive thick film photoresist, which is mainly supplied to solar silicon fabs and passive component manufacturers. It has high penetrability and good adhesion, and can be applied to 10~50μm photoresist film thickness. Gold and copper plating processes for gold bumps or copper lines. Under different etching processes, the photoresist pattern can exhibit the advantages of no brittle cracking and high resolution.

EPI 680 photoresist is a high-inductance I-Line photoresist. It is applied to the Passivation Layer and has a large process latitude. The resolution is up to 2μm. It has been promoted to several wafers. Foundries.

EPI 612 photoresist is applied to the sapphire wafer surface patterned PSS (Pattern Sapphire Substrate) with a resolution of 0.64μm.
