A recent market survey of local talent companies in Shenzhen's talent market found that the wages of Shenzhen Pugong have reached more than 4,000 yuan, which is 500 yuan higher than that of junior college graduates.

The market survey also revealed the factors behind the sharp rise in general wages: in 2014, the demand for general workers in Shenzhen enterprises was still rising rapidly, and nearly 70% of enterprises increased the number of recruits.
