Applications
As flame-retardant multi-conductor control, signal or power cables rated 600 volts, 90 ºC in wet or dry locations. Specifically approved for installation in cable trays per Article 336 of the NEC. Also approved for use in Class I remote-control and signaling circuits per Article 725 of the NEC. Type TC cable is suitable for use in Class I and II, Division 2 hazardous locations. Cables may be installed in air, in ducts or conduits, in tray or trough, and are suitable for direct burial.

Construction
Stranded uncoated copper conductors, 30 mils FR-XLPE flame-retardant crosslinked polyethylene insulation, color coded, two conductors flat, three or more conductors twisted with suitable fillers where necessary to make round, cable tape, PVC jacket overall, surface printed.

Presaturated Cleaning Cards

Spunlace is absorbent that can increase cleaning time due to slow down IPA evaporating during cleaning process. Customer can decide to use which solution, whether Isopropyl Alcohol or Alcohol Free Solution imported from USA. IPA has better capacity to remove residue, oil, glue, but harsh and inflammable. Alcohol Free Solution is more Eco-friendly and cost the same with IPA. Packaged in 3 layers of aluminium foil bags, our presaturated cleaning cards can be storage as long as two years without IPA leaking.

IPA Printhead Cleaning Pens

IPA Cleaning Pen is specially used to clean Thermal Printer Printhead . With a rigid but smooth pen head, it can remove oxide residue from printhead without scratching it. Over Pre-saturated Foam Swabs , IPA Cleaning Pens can be used for more than 10 times, it is a cost-effective solution to clean all thermal print head. Please note that after one use, you can scratch the pen head on a clean white paper to remove dirt on the pen head, so you can reuse it next time. Once the pen head is too dirty to reuse, Mediclean offer extra pen heads for your alternative.

IPA Presaturated Cleaning Swabs

Presaturated Clean Foam Swabs are pre-wetted with IPA solution, and packaged in a sealed aluminium foil bag. IPA Presaturated Cleaning Swabs are ready to use, time saving, and disposable, they are suitable for less use applications. The foam tip is absorbent, soft and clean, it is a good option to remove oil, ink, and glue. Pre-wetted Cleaning Swabs are ESD safe as IPA solution is apparently electrostatic dissipative. IPA Presaturated Swab is widely used on many applications such as printhead, capping station, transport rollers, keyboard, and many more.

IPA Snap Swabs

Snap Swabs have IPA solution sealed in the Polypropylene handle, simply snap the handle, the IPA solution will come out and fulfil the foam head. IPA Snap Foam Swab have longer storage life, easy to use. The tip is constructed by 100 PPI Polyurethane foam. The only disadvantage is that it is more difficult for shipping due to concentrated liquid sealed in the handle, resulting in might be arrested by custom for secure reason.

IPA Cleaning Wipes

IPA Presaturated Cleaning Wipes are made from 55% cellulose and 45% polyester, presaturated with 99.9% IPA solution. The size is 127 x 152mm, any customized size is also available. IPA Cleaning Wiper is a general use product suitable for most applications such as printhead, platen rollers, screen, case surface,etc. During using a Presaturated Cleaning Wiper , please make sure you have turned off device power in case of electric shock.

Adhesive Cleaning Cards

Adhesive Cleaning Cards are specially used on card printers. Card Printer Adhesive Cards can only grab dust and particles on printer rollers, they are effectless for oil, ink and glue.
