A Xihua color TV model TS2581 experienced a high-voltage package shell failure, which led to a sudden fire. After inspection, the main issues were identified as a blown tube and a shorted correction tube. No other problems were found. Since an original replacement was unavailable, a universal high-voltage package model A25 was used instead. The unit was connected with a 25V single power supply, and the damaged correction tube was replaced. After installation, the screen showed a grating but no characters. It was suspected that the pulse circuit might have been damaged due to the sparking. Further checks revealed a failed voltage regulator in the AFC circuit. Replacing this component restored normal display. There was no sound issue, and the audio power supply was functioning properly. The amplifier block was also replaced, and after testing, the image appeared slightly enlarged. By entering the bus mode and adjusting settings, everything returned to normal. To enter the bus mode on this TV: first press the "Screen Display" button, then quickly press the "Mute" button three times. Use the "Back" button to navigate through pages, and press "Menu" to exit.
